How long are your cleaning slots?

A typical regular clean for a 3-bedroom house takes 2-3 hours, while deep cleaning services will take significantly longer. During our initial consultation, we'll provide time estimates for your property.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

If your regular cleaner is on holiday, you may choose to have another fully-trained team member cover, or we can reschedule to maintain continuity.
What's included in your regular cleaning service?
As a guide, our domestic cleaning service can include dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and hard floors, mopping, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, kitchen cleaning and organising living spaces. We offer a tailored service at no extra cost, so are entirley lead by you. This can include things like window and blind cleaning, bed changes or more time spent in one area to achieve a deeper clean.
Unlike others, we do not charge extra for these services. We simply charge per hour and this flexibility is what our customers love!
We bring all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies but do ask you supply a mop and bucket along with your favourite floor cleaner.
What is the difference in a one off and deep clean?
If you would like your home cleaned for a one off occasion with a general house clean including hoovering, dusting, bathrooms and mopping then a one off clean is perfect for you. This is not a deep clean.
A deep clean allows a much more detailed clean to be done and more hours are needed to complete. Think grout in bathroom tiles, pulling out sofas and windows and frames . This can be totally tailored to you and can be for specific rooms only such as bathrooms.
Contracts & Pricing
Am I signed into a contract?
No, we don't tie you into a contract and while we hope you have no reason to stop our services, you are free too at any point.
What are your prices?
Regular weekly/bi-weekly & 4 weekly work is priced at £20 per hour with a minimum 2 hours.
One off cleans are priced at £25 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Deep cleans are priced at £25 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

How do I book your cleaning services?
Simply drop us a message, and one of the owners will personally contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your property. We'll discuss your specific cleaning needs, preferences, schedule, and when we could start regular cleans. This personal consultation ensures we provide exactly the service you need. We will send a deposit link to secure any slot which is non refundable or transferable.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For regular cleaning services, we typically have availability within 1-2 weeks. One-off deep cleaning or end-of-tenancy cleaning may be available sooner depending on our schedule. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slots.

What if my pet doesn't like strangers?
Our experienced cleaners are great with animals and patient with nervous pets.
